You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will typically become active within 24 hours. You can use this number to track your journey directly on our website or through the carrier’s tracking portal.

No hidden fees! All of our product prices are inclusive of all taxes, customs, and duties. The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay, ensuring a seamless and surprise-free delivery experience.

📦 Damages and Issues

We rigorously evaluate the quality of our products and packaging, but we understand that things can happen in transit. If you receive your order damaged, please contact us immediately at hello@sveim.com with a photo of the item and its packaging so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

🔍 Missing or Lost Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly to investigate.
